Building Plymouth's Future Together While Honoring The Past
After listening to many residents, friends and business associates, I have decided that I am going to run for City Commission of Plymouth as a write in candidate. I believe we all need a voice in what is happening in the community we love. Where we live, work and play. My goal is to listen to you, evaluate any thoughts and concerns and convey them to the commission and make sound decisions for the city and my neighbors. I believe in common sense growth and development. I never want to see our community become stagnant or saturated with things that can be detrimental. I want fair equality for all citizens and businesses. I believe our neighborhoods should always be friendly and walkable, keeping the touches of quaintness and history as well as giving families a great place to live.
In 2012 , my wife Kelly and I moved into the neighborhood of Plymouth. We quickly came to love everything the city represented . We have 5 children and 10 wonderful grandchildren. I have owned a business located within the city of Plymouth since 1995, our office is currently located on Main Street. We are a family business employing 13 people, including our daughter, son and son-in-law. We are a design-build company, working with clients to make their dreams and ideas become reality. Our projects range from a single room, whole house remodel to new builds. I not only take pride in my city but also participate in different organizations. I am a member and past president of the Kiwanis club of Colonial Plymouth, a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Plymouth, a board member of National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and board member of Plymouth Historical museum.
My father always instilled in me the importance of supporting the community you live in. Some of the ways I am able to give back to city I believe in so much: Plymouth 4th of July Parade, Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Auction, Plymouth Arts Council Music in the Park, Smith School Auction, Rotary Chicken Dinner, The Salvation Army, and Plymouth Community Orchestra. I have joined the race as a resident and businessman. My wife Kelly and I love the family friendly community Plymouth represents. I Promise to work hard to preserve the family friendly feeling and architecture of Plymouth.
"I'm hoping to give everyone real representation of the commission. A write-in campaign is challenging, and I'm hoping for everyone's support. Let me be your voice on the Plymouth City Commission."
